1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to DeepAILab (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by this Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms").

If you are using this Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity and bind it to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

DeepAILab is a comprehensive artificial intelligence development platform offering the following core services:

  • AI Multi-Model Chat: Support for GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek and other large language models
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): Knowledge-base powered Q&A system
  • Knowledge Graph Services: Entity relationship extraction and knowledge reasoning
  • AutoML: Automated machine learning model training and optimization
  • Model Marketplace: Platform for publishing, trading, and sharing AI models
  • Dataset Management: Dataset uploading, annotation, and management
  • API Services: RESTful API interfaces for developer integration
  • Federated Learning: Distributed privacy-preserving machine learning
  • Synthetic Data Generation: High-quality training data generation
  • Model Distillation & Explainability: Model compression and interpretability analysis

3. User Accounts

Most features of this Platform require account registration. By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
  • Keep your account information up to date
  • Safeguard your account credentials and not share them with others
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse the service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Creating, distributing harmful, illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content
  • Using AI services to generate misinformation, deepfakes, or misleading content
  • Attempting unauthorized access to Platform systems, networks, or data
  • Engaging in activities that may damage, disable, or overload the service
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain source code
  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features
  • Automated access to the service (except through our provided APIs)
  • Collecting or storing personal information of other users
  • Using the service for any form of harassment, discrimination, or attack

5. AI Service Terms

When using our AI services, you understand and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased; you should independently verify important information
  • You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content and its consequences
  • AI conversation content may be used to improve service quality (after anonymization)
  • You may not use AI services to generate content that may harm individuals or groups
  • You may not attempt to bypass AI model safety restrictions or content filters
  • API calls are subject to rate limits and quotas; excess usage will be billed accordingly

6. Model Marketplace & Revenue Sharing

The Platform provides a Model Marketplace where users can publish, sell, and purchase AI models. Related terms are as follows:

  • Model developers can list their trained models on the marketplace
  • Revenue sharing: Developers receive 90%, Platform retains 10% as service fee
  • Developers must ensure uploaded models do not infringe any third-party intellectual property
  • The Platform reserves the right to review and remove models that violate rules or fail quality standards
  • Revenue settlement is monthly; minimum withdrawal amount is 100 USD
  • Developers must provide valid payment information to receive earnings
  • Model pricing is set by developers but must comply with Platform pricing guidelines

7. Dataset Terms

Regarding dataset upload, use, and management, you agree to:

  • Datasets you upload must be legally owned or licensed by you
  • Datasets must not contain illegal, infringing, or sensitive personal information
  • Public datasets will follow the open-source license you select
  • The Platform is not responsible for user-uploaded dataset content
  • You authorize the Platform to process your datasets for service provision
  • Private datasets will be deleted within 30 days of account deletion

8. Payment, Subscriptions & Refunds

The Platform offers paid services including subscription plans, prepaid API credits, and marketplace purchases. Related terms are as follows:

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Prepaid API credits are non-transferable and applied to your account balance upon purchase
  • We accept payments via supported payment processors including Paddle, cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods as available
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days advance notice; existing prepaid credits are not affected by price changes
  • API usage exceeding included quotas will be billed at the then-current overage rates
  • Payment failures may result in suspension of paid features until payment is resolved
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, available at /refund. Please review it for eligibility criteria, timelines, and the refund process

9. Points System

The Platform provides a user points reward system with the following rules:

  • Points can be earned through registration, daily check-in, model uploads, referrals, etc.
  • Points can be redeemed for Platform services or withdrawn (100 points = 1 USD)
  • Points are non-transferable to other users
  • Points obtained through fraud will be voided and may result in account suspension
  • The Platform reserves the right to adjust points rules and exchange rates
  • Points expire 12 months after acquisition

10. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property ownership and use, both parties agree:

  • The Platform and its original content, features, and technology are proprietary to DeepAILab
  • You retain all rights to content you upload but grant the Platform necessary usage licenses
  • Copyright of AI-generated content follows applicable legal regulations
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform proprietary content or technology
  • If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed, please contact our legal team

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied warranties. Specifically:

  • We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or external links
  • We do not guarantee the service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any advice or information obtained through the service does not constitute professional advice

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepAILab and its directors, employees, and partners are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption
  • Any losses resulting from use or inability to use the service
  • Losses caused by third-party actions or content
  • Any claims exceeding amounts paid to us in the past 12 months

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepAILab and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of any third-party rights, and any content you upload or post.

14. Termination

Regarding account and service termination, the following terms apply:

  • You may delete your account at any time through account settings
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations or other legitimate reasons
  • Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases
  • Certain provisions (IP, disclaimers, liability limitations) survive termination
  • After account termination, your data will be handled per our data retention policy

15. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be notified by posting updated Terms on the Platform, email notification for material changes, and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you disagree with new Terms, please stop using the Service.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict of law rules where applicable). Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court where the Platform operates.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding Service use. Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining parts remain effective. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver of that right. Assignment: You may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
